There are a limited amount of Student plans and are only available for students studing at universaty within New Zealand. Student ID may be requested from account holder for proof.
The Fine Print
Speeds shown for plans are subject to the quality of your local exchange and phone line. Account holders with data caps will be notified by email once they are about to hits their data limit. Over usage is charged at $2.50 per 1GB, if over usage continues frequently we will contact you and advise you of a more suited plan, we reserve the right to disconnect and refuse service to any clients misusing our services. There will ba a disconnection fee of $89.00 if the service is not in place for at least one year from date of installation, this covers the fee for the Telecom contractor to connect and disconnect your service.
Important Notices

2.Uncapped plans are traffic managed from 7am - 9pm, we reserve the right to extend these hours if needed.

. Your account must remain in credit one month in advance or it may be suspended. We require payment by automatic payment to our bank account by the 20th of each month. Our bank account details are:

4. Self install connections may have a connection fee depending on your location (generaly this does not apply). Note that if the install connection fee is waived, we will charge a disconnection fee of $89.00 if the service is not in place for at least one year from date of installation. Full install connections can be up to $150.00. This figure may change from time to time. Full installations are only required where you have a PABX, some monitored burglar alarms, more than 5 devices connected to your phone line, or if your line quality does not permit a self install. The technical changes that need to be made to your phone line by a Telecom contractor can take from 5 - 10 working days. KTSA has no control over this.
Other Costs
You will require some additional hardware to enable your Broadband connection. This includes a modem (router) and line filters for each active phone jack in your premises. We can supply these at reduced prices. Please ask us.
* To connect one or more computer you will typically need a 4 port router (110.00 Inc GST)
* If you require wireless you will typically need a 4port wireless router. ($160.00 Inc GST)
* Line filters ($15.00 Inc GST)
